404 Laskin Rd T-a Coc started from a simple conviction: the best neighborhood spots don't need to choose between a great coffee program and a thoughtful drink menu. You can have both — on the same counter, in the same room, served by people who actually know your order.

We source single-origin beans from roasters who treat coffee as a craft, and we build our evening cocktails with the same attention to provenance and balance. The result is a space that feels equally right at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Located on Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, we're your neighbors — not a chain, not a franchise. Just a small space doing something carefully.

The Space

Small enough to

We kept the space intentionally small. That means limited seats but real attention — every pour, every shake, every interaction is deliberate. The counter is where the action happens; sit there if you want to watch.

The lighting shifts with the day. Morning is bright and open, evening turns warm and low. The music follows the same rhythm — quiet enough to read, present enough to feel the room.
